We take privacy seriously. All health screenings are conducted confidentially, and guest data is handled according to Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC) standards. No personal or medical information is ever shared without the guest’s consent.
If a screening picks up something of concern, we handle it discreetly and compassionately. Our on-site medical team provides immediate advice and connects the guest to our partner HMOs or clinics for proper follow-up care.
We understand how sensitive health can be. All interactions are handled by certified professionals trained in empathy and confidentiality. We never announce results publicly; everything is private and supportive.
No worries! Guests without existing HMO coverage can be guided on how to easily enroll with any of ZEME’s verified partner HMOs after the event.
Guests with existing HMOs can choose to forward their screening results to their provider for follow-up. We ensure they inform their clinic about the diagnoses, making the process seamless.
